I’m Laura, a newborn photographer based in Dudley Park, Mandurah, creating soft, natural newborn images in a calm studio made for new babies and tired parents.
Your baby can feed. They can wake. They can need a cuddle. They can take their time settling.
That is exactly how these sessions are meant to work.
Newborn sessions are baby-led, gently styled and unhurried, with space for all the little pauses that come with a new baby. I’ll guide you through the whole session so you’re not left wondering where to sit, how to hold your baby, or what to do with your hands.
You can just arrive with your baby. I'll take care of the rest.
What to expect
Those first weeks can feel like a blur
The days run together.
Feeds, washing, visitors, recovery, tiny noises in the night, wondering if you’re doing it right, staring at your baby’s face because somehow they already look different from yesterday.
It is a lot.
A newborn session gives you a quiet pocket of time to slow down and actually see this little person while they are still so new.
The tiny hands. The milk-drunk faces. The way they curl into you. The little details you think you’ll remember forever, then suddenly they change again.

Everything is thoughtfully taken care of so you can relax and enjoy these first weeks.
newborn Packages
Newborn sessions begin at $650 and include 10 beautifully edited digital images.
A $200 payment reserves your newborn session in my calendar and comes off your total. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your session, with payment instalments available if that makes things easier.
You’ll choose your collection when booking, so everything is clear from the beginning.
After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery to view your images and choose your favourites. If you fall in love with more once you’ve seen your gallery, you’re always welcome to upgrade your collection.
Sessions are weekday mornings, with limited weekends available by request. Most families enquire early in their second trimester to secure a spot.

Booking your newborn session secures the bundle - everything else is planned gently around your baby’s arrival and milestones.
Laura made our newborn shoot so welcoming and enjoyable. She captured the most precious memories I will cherish for life. I love how she provides a complimentary wardrobe for mum & bub to use!

A $200 newborn session booking fee secures your spot. From there, I’ll send your welcome guide and help you prepare.
❊ The lead up
We’ll stay in touch as baby’s arrival nears. Once bub is here, we’ll lock in your session date.

Held in my calm studio in Dudley Park your session will be slow, relaxed, and completely guided.
❊ View your images
Once your gallery is ready, you’ll view your digital images online and choose your favourites or upgrade to all if desired.
