Calm, natural newborn photography for families who want to feel looked after, and actually be in the photos too.
Every session is baby-led, slow and unhurried. If your newborn needs to feed, settle or cuddle for a while, we simply follow their rhythm. No pressure. No rush. Just soft light and the connection that already exists between you.
As a mum of three, I know the early weeks can feel like a beautiful blur. This is your chance to pause, breathe, and be fully present with your baby.
What to expect
A newborn experience designed for comfort, care and ease.
Sessions take place in my peaceful natural light studio - a calm and inviting space set up to ensure you don’t have to think about anything.
You’ll have optional access to the studio wardrobe with soft, neutral outfits for baby, parents and siblings (sizes 6–28 for mums). Everything is bump and postpartum friendly, because getting dressed shouldn’t add to your mental load.
There is time for feeding, settling and toddler meltdowns. Tears are normal. Mess is normal. This is your safe space to simply be with your baby.

Everything is thoughtfully taken care of so you can relax and enjoy these first weeks.
newborn Packages
You’ll choose your collection when booking, and a $200 payment reserves your newborn session in my calendar. This comes off your total.
The remaining balance is due 3 days before your session, with payment instalments available if that helps.
Collections:
• $650 — 10 edited digital images
• $780 — 20 edited digital images
• $900 — Full gallery (50+ edited digital images)
If you fall in love with more once you’ve seen your final gallery, you are always welcome to upgrade your collection.
Sessions are Monday–Friday, with limited weekends available by request. Most families enquire early in their second trimester to secure a spot.

Booking your newborn session secures the bundle - everything else is planned gently around your baby’s arrival and milestones.

A $200 newborn session booking fee secures your spot. From there, I’ll send your welcome guide and help you prepare.
❊ The lead up
We’ll stay in touch as baby’s arrival nears. Once bub is here, we’ll lock in your session date.
❊ Your session
Held in my calm studio in Golden Bay, your session will be slow, relaxed, and completely guided.
❊ View your images
Once your gallery is ready, you’ll view your digital images online and choose your favourites or upgrade to all if desired.
